Nancy Caviar
Nancy Caviar is a lawyer who is appointed by the Courts as a case manager.
The following is my opinion of the tactics used by Ms. Caviar in a case
involving a minor child that was abused and mistreated by Mom.
Ms. Caviar was appointed by the Court to implement the recommendations
of a Court ordered psychological evaluation, which required Mom to make
certain improvements to her behavior before she was granted additional
time with the minor child. Ms. Caviar ignored the Court order and the
recommendations of the Court appointed psychological evaluation and set
out on a "witch hunt" against Dad, with absolutely no regard for the
welfare of the minor child. According to Mom, Ms. Caviar told her in
their first meeting that she would extend Mom's parenting time
immediately to a shared arrangement, but she had to be careful, because
Dad had a good lawyer.
After three weeks after Dad notified Ms. Caviar that he was requesting
a new case manager due to Ms. Caviar's blatant bias, Ms. Caviar wrote a
very negative, misleading and / or false report to the Court about Dad.
The Court appointed psychologist later told Dad that Ms. Caviar tried
to convince him that Dad was abusing the minor child. Ms. Caviar had
absolutely no basis for her allegations and luckily the psychologist
saw through her criminal tactics.
Ms. Caviar remained on the case because she was a friend of Dad's
attorney, and the attorney lacked the proper male anatomy to deal with
her. You must understand, that even though the Attorney Code of Ethics
states that an attorney must represent their client's best
interests first, the client is realistically fourth in line, behind
sucking up to the Judge (even corrupt Judges like Judge Russell), other
attorneys and their general friends in the system.
Ms. Caviar continued to expand Mom's parenting time even thought Mom
was not following the Court's orders and Mom's behavior was having a
very negative impact on the minor child. Ms. Caviar actually got paid
for harming this child. NOTE: Some time later, the Court appointed
psychologist testified under oath that Ms. Caviar did not follow the
recommendations of the psychological evaluation, and that Mom's
behavior could be very detrimental to the minor child.
Dad repeatedly pointed out to Ms. Caviar that Mom was trying to
alienate the minor child from Dad, but Ms. Caviar did virtually
nothing. There was verification by a third party of the effect of Mom's
behavior on the minor child, but Ms. Caviar did nothing except reward
Mom for bad behavior by increasing her parenting time. Her job was to
protect the welfare of the minor child by ensuring the recommendations
of the psychological evaluation were followed. Dad's attorney finally
had to force a second psychological evaluation, which ended up proving
his allegations against Mom's. In all, Ms. Caviar filled three false
and / or misleading reports with the Court. Ms. Caviar finally removed
herself from the case and was actually paid handsomely for helping Mom
try to destroy Dad's relationship with the minor child. Ms. Caviar was
also commended by the Judge for a "job well done". Beam me up, Scotty.
I believe there is a very clear case for requiring case manager's to
take a psychological evaluation, before being appointed, because almost
anybody can be a case manager.
