Diane Lund committed extensive Perjury in Judge Russell's court on May 31, 2007.

Why did Judge Russell base her decision on Lund's ridiculous testimony and ignore two psychological evaluations and other very credible testimony? Could the answer be that this case has been "fixed" for a long time.

On March 27, 2008, Judge Russell did not allow evidence to be entered into the Court record, which would have documented Diane Lund's extensive perjury. This is a great example of a Judge protecting their corrupt cronies.
